Explore. Emerge. Evolve

It can be difficult to ask for help, especially when it comes to our personal lives. We may feel like we should be able to handle our problems on our own, or that seeking help is a sign of weakness. However, more people are beginning to realize the benefits of therapy. Therapy can provide us with tools to manage our mental health, teach us how to cope with difficult emotions, and help us to understand ourselves better.

Embark on a transformative journey towards personal growth and emotional well-being with engaging sessions with the Collaborative Counsellor who will provide a sanctuary of understanding, offering supportive guidance tailored to your life journey.

If you’re seeking support, guidance, and healing, my experience as a therapist and educator, is here to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth. I offer a wide range of counselling and therapy services designed to meet your unique needs and empower you on your journey towards emotional well-being.

“Healing happens in relationship: with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.”

Improving your relationship with yourself and others

I believe therapy is a collaborative process; where we walk side by side to explore your experiences, challenges, and hopes for change.
Rather than focusing solely on “fixing” problems, I help you uncover the patterns, emotions, and stories that shape your life. Together, we work toward healing with awareness, understanding, non-judgmental observation and compassion.

Areas of Focus

  • Anger Management

  • Anxiety, stress, overwhelm and emotional regulation

  • Relationship and communication challenges

  • Grief, loss, life transitions and emotional healing

  • Leadership

Whether you are coming to therapy on your own, with a partner, or as a family, my role is to help you slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and rediscover your capacity for connection and resilience.
